Her connection to the military community is also personal. As a military spouse of 28 years, Patience understands the adaptability, discipline, and responsibility that come with building a career, business, and family through years of change.
She went on to build and operate a tax service firm, spending more than two decades working directly with individuals and business owners while managing the responsibilities of business ownership herself. Over the years, she saw a recurring problem: many costly tax issues begin long before a tax return is prepared, when important business, investment, and financial decisions are made without considering the tax consequences.
